As an FF&E interior design specialist we are responsible for the final delivery of your project’s furniture, fixtures and fittings, ensuring your FF&E costs are on budget. We offer end to end management solutions covering specification, procurement and installation.
FF&E – Concept Stage
We will exhibit furniture and accessories for you to agree on throughout the concept and selection stage. This comprises:
• Furniture and lighting style proposals
• Furniture plans
• Furniture selection (including external areas)
• Developing furniture & feature lighting selection
• Budget pricing and delivery dates / lead times
• Showroom visits with you as required
• Local product research
FF&E – Procurement & Administration
During the procurement stage, we will ensure that furniture purchases and site deliveries are carefully coordinated. This will happen throughout the construction phase and will include the following:
• Placing furniture orders
• Organising furniture to be delivered to a safe holding location until site is available for delivery
FF&E Installation
We will ensure that the furniture is completely coordinated with site delivery during the installation stage. The following will be included:
• Placement of furniture and accessories on site
• Interior styling
